March 2010: Small Arzberg bowl now sold out. Future demand will be served with small Corning bowl.
The small (13 cm diameter) Arzberg bowl is specified in several standards for testing performance of automatic dishwashers, e.g. IEC 60436, EN 60436 / EN 50242, AHAM DW-1. This item has been out of production for many years but was still supplied to test labs by WFK. The last few of that bowl are now shipped, any future requests will now be served with the small Corning bowl. This is compliant with all standards and test procedures we know, which all include provisions for substituting the old Arzberg bowl.
